- Each batch undergoes multiple release tests, including HPLC, GC, Karl Fischer titration, ICP MS, UV vis spectroscopy, NMR, FT IR spectroscopy, refractometry and/or[SP2.1] potentiometry
- Strict acceptance criteria – water ≤10 ppm by Karl Fischer titration and metals ≤5 ppm by ICP MS
- Long term stability – 24 months at 25 °C, and 3 months at 40 °C

Supplier integration
emp BIOTECH maintains full responsibility for the quality, consistency, and specification alignment of all products we supply, working with selected partners – such as U-genes Biotechnology – to provide specialized manufacturing capabilities, including monomer development and solid phase support production. All materials are then validated, documented, and distributed according to emp BIOTECH’s quality management system.
